T3 T4 timeouts - Kirkcaldy Area

Hiya

We're getting T3 T4 timeouts in Kirkcaldy again. How long is going to take to resolve this time?

The same thing happened a few years ago and it went on for ages!

    I'm really looking for an answer along the lines of "A week, a month, or a year". I'm not chasing Virgin for an area issue.

      Sorry to hear of the connection issues, we understand the frustration this can cause.

       

      From checking the connection, equipment and speeds we can see the speeds are averaging 1144Mbps download and 103Mbps upload to the Hub. All of the levels look to be within the ranges we'd expect to see, has the connection improved since your post?
