Hey, I'm hoping someone can help. When I first joined Virgin, in my home I have 2 x firesticks and 1 x NowTV box. Previously they used to connect to the Pods installed in the same rooms. Connection was good.
However now the connection to the devices is very poor, constant freezing & even struggling to stream Disney plus on occasions.
When I go on VM connect, under Devices - Network the 3 devices are no longer showing connections to the Pods. They show now as TV box, connected to main hub which is downstairs.
They no longer appear under the My Devices section.
Is there a way to get them back connected to the Pods? Or is that not the issue? All 3 Pods show "great" as connectivity.
Testing speed from 1 bedroom that's having issues with the Firestick (this room has a pod installed).
Hub speed: 382 Mbps. WiFi speed 136 Mbps.

Hi @lgrint991,
Thank you for your posts and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.
I'm really sorry to hear you're having an issue with the connections of a few devices, along with your Connect App too. Upon checking things over on our systems, I can't seem to detect any known faults which would cause this currently.
Are things any better for you today, or is the problem still present?
Thanks,
Zach - Forum Team
