In recent weeks I have noticed my hub (m350) has a permanent red light on the front. I did some research, moved it to a well ventilated area and did a reset (in fact several resets) but still the same issue. Internet generally is good but the light remains and the hub feels quite warm. Is it the case I need a new hub?

Sorry to hear of the solid red light appearing on your hub.
We would need to take some details from you and ensure that we can have an engineer out to you to offer a like for like replacement, whilst also offering to take the faulty hub away.
