Hi

I'm having exactly the same issue. New Hub 5 installed and my WiFi pod is blinking white and no pods detected in the connect app. Can someone help please?

if its the same as hub 4 it might require provisioning, this needs a call to tech support and they usually ask for the pod to be near to the hub.
