Not getting 1gb speeds (100mbs at most)

I've had 1gb for a couple of months but i hardly ever get it. At most I get 100mbs.
If I restart the modem I get 1gb for a some hours or a day and then it goes back to 100mbs.

Not what I paid for....

Loads of errors in the log. See below.

I have a superhub 5 which is connected im modem mode. My router is a Unify DM.

but with some Hub stats.

The Downstream power levels are have a preferred range of -7 to +7 dBmV
in this case the issues it they are all far too high & need to be corrected by an engineer

10dBmV is the maximum power level for a good working system. You probably need a technician’s visit to rectify. Either a forward path attenuator or moving to a different tap on the street cabinet. We also need to upstream stats as well, they are just as important as the downstream and are needed to fully understand the problem. High downstream power levels often mean you are very near the street box, but the upstream figures are needed to confirm this and to choose between the two options I listed above.
