No Internet/Network access
Internet has been down all day, spoke to customer support agent who said they would have it fixed but they never contacted me back and I can see the status is now "resolved".
The router Hub 5 light slowly flashing white and I have tried plugging out, hard reset, checked drivers but no joy.
I can find the Hub on my devices and PC and connect to it but there is no Internet access at all. Working from home and being pawned off by customer support is making the issue even more annoying
