My broadband keeps dropping out across devices, not sure why but but it's making gaming impossible as my PC loses the connection despite the signal being full and connected to the router, it just says connected but not connection. I've tried restarting and all connections are tight.

Also Try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.
If nothing shows call it in as a afault
Can we check… are your issues only evident on wifi connections or do you see them at the same times on devices connected on ethernet cables? If you don't know, can you check on one to help diagnose whether it is just a wifi issue or it could be network connection/Hub related?
What Hub model is it? What are the various Hub lights showing/doing when this happens if a Hub3 is the base light a steady white(ish) or flashing green?

Connects without connection on one device but then on another connects fine. It's wierd, have also tried with an eero network also has same issues, just looks like it kicks of users randomly, suspect its the same on the eero network also as when i lose the VM connection I lose that one too, but at the same time it can connect fine on my phone or another device, but randomly loses other devices despite being very close to router, I get connected without internet while another device is connected no issues....doesnt make any sense. Think this hub might be faulty.
