Internet and TV not working after engineer’s visit

JanArnold

A VM engineer visited my Mother today to fit the adapter as they have changed the line to fiber.

The engineer confirmed all was working.
My mother tried to turn on her TV and has no service. She has also lost connection to her Ring door bell.

Being a lady of 90 who is house bound and dementia I find this disturbing to say the least.

What is the quickest way to get the engineer to fix these issues so my Mother can watch TV and feel secure in her home.

Quickest way is to call VM as early as 0800.

Can you get round and check if hub and TV box are connected to the splitter.

Thanks Roger,

I did as you suggested and got straight through. They sent an engineer today as well and fixed the issue.

All round a successful day.

You got a tech to attend today! That's almost unheard of.
