My internet drops out intermittantly for about 3 days now. I have the superhub 3 in modem mode connected to an ASUS RT-AX86U. I've tried the usual things of switching off and on again, and putting the hub back in router mode, but get the same issues.

An update for anyone who reads this.
I managed to get technical help over whatsapp with VM afer a couple of long waits. The VM hub was put back into router mode (again) and the same problem happens but not quite as often. Then it was suggested I get a WiFi pod and buy WiFi Max at £8 a month to help my wireless performance! Even though my speeds wired & wireless are fine, and the issue is intermittant dropouts of the complete internet. I nearly starting swearing at that point that!
Anyway, a few choice words later and an engineer has been booked for a couple of days from now. I just hope they can fix it.

Get a new cable for your hub to router
and update router firmware

Do a over night test with modem mode and just a PC allow ICMP remote IP 80.249.99.164 on firewall with a new BQM.
