I've received a notification from Virgin Media informing me of a forthcoming £130 charge for non-return of equipment, despite having returned it promptly to the nearest Yodel collection center. I have verifiable proof of return. How can I prevent this erroneous charge ? Any guidance on resolving this matter swiftly would be greatly appreciated
