Hi, I’ve been with Virgin Media for about 2 weeks, and everything was working fine until I added a second booster to my setup both issued by virgin media which was a saga to get!! . Since then, the network no longer shows up on the VM Connect app cannot be found. It's been like this for a few days, and tech support hasn’t been helpful.
There’s no VPN involved, and I have a new 2Gb connection. Can anyone help?
