Hub 3 Red Light

Hub has a permanent red light even after resetting etc… where can I get a new one? No simple menu to just get it swapped out. Intermittent signal affecting connected devices.

 Try a pinhole reset in the first instance, and if it remains red after this, it needs replaced, as a faulty overheat warning is a potential risk.

Trying to expedite new hub, however still not got a date for replacement. Have done 150 but now 24 hours without any date set. How quickly has anyone else had theirs replaced? Thanks
