Grey outside box

hi, 

I have been trying to contact Virgin Media to organise someone to come out and look at the outside grey box as it is broken and coming loose when the weather is bad - we have had it since it was fitted a few years ago. 

Thank you in advance for any information on how I can get this sorted.

Sorry to hearing you are having this issue, can you confirm for me with the box which is damaged is this connected to your property or not, can you please also provide us an image of this.

Yes it is connected to the outside of our property.
