Can I have some usable internet please

I have for the last couple of day had no usable internet, VM customer services keep saying its a device specific issue, apple say its a VM issue. They both can't be right!

I would appreciate somebody looking into this. 

Steps taken by VM - Reboot hub, Run A diagnostic 

Steps Taken By Apple - Safe mode, Create Test User, Change Region, Test on google chrome,

Please explain fully what the problem is. Users on the board may then be able to help, this is not a direct route to VM and it can take 2 or 3 days before a staff member gets to your post and then you will have to pass security which can sometimes take another day.
