I accidentally cancelled my direct debit for Virgin Media mobile loan (thinking it would be sent to 02). Now can't find out how to set up a new one, and how long my contract runs for. The Virgin Mobile site doesn't seem to have anything in it, lots of error pages or redirections to 02. Any help gratefully received
