hi everyone, this morning i recieve the normal 2 texts from virgin mobile saying my monthly allowances have been refreshed and alls good. 2 minutes later i get a 3rd text to say my credit limit had almost been reached which is the second time this has happened in 2 months. how in 2 minutes could i have used all my allowances?. on calling virgin mobile it turned out to be a nightmare as i was asked twice for account password to be told it was incorrect then to be told they had a system error. the guy i spoke to didnt have a clue what i was asking about and got quite shirty so hopefully some-one on here may be able to help. many thanks in adavnce. just to add when i went into my account i hadnt used none of my allowances so dont know how id reached my credit limit.
