New customer trying to set up the connect app to the Hub4 with an iPhone 10max failure message can’t find the hub, I have had 6 attempts deleted the app and reinstalled ever time same message can’t find hub, problem being you are unable to order boosters as the lovely unhelpful call centre will not allow you to order the booster over the phone has to via the app that doesn’t work, madness !!!

Keep your eye on your 14 day cooling off period still. 

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).

I see that one of my colleagues is currently assisting you on this matter.

Do please continue working with them, and please avoid duplicate threads moving forward, as this can cause multiple agents working on the same issue/subscription that can cause confusion and additional issues.
