Replacement sim activating

having trouble activating my replacement sim. I’ve tried the numbers attached on the card. Messaged READY and this is the message I get We're sorry to hear that you're having problems. For help and advice, just visit our website at virgin.com/mobile or call the team on 789. So I’ve put the new sim in for now. Hoping it would activate over night

We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues activating your SIM, we will be able to help.
