Hi, I recently ordered a phone from Virgin and haven't had any information to say the order is on its way or if the order went through. All I've had is an email saying "There's only a few more checks between you and the good stuff. You'll find out soon if your order's confirmed when you get an email or call from us." I am a new customer and when I try set up on the app to track my order it doesn't let me log in. Please could you help. My order ID number is [REMOVED].
