Hi all,
I have suddenly received a 2nd new Pay Monthly SIM card (at £5.95 /mth with a new separate mobile number) that I did not order.
I am not interested in a 2nd SIM, as I already have a Pay Monthly SIM on my current contract (Broadband+SIM).
I'm sure this was a mistake; how can I cancel this ASAP and avoid getting charged?
I have been receiving lots of calls from Virgin Media offering me an upgrade on my SIM, but I keep telling them that I have Broadband+SIM package, so the only thing I'm interested in, is an offer/renewal on my entire Broadband+SIM package (without getting more than 1 SIM).
Maybe someone got confused and went ahead and put the order for a new SIM anyway?
