Hi, i made an outstanding payment for my previous two months last week but the day after i made the payment my calls and messages were barred. I cant recieve or make any calls or messages and this is really annoying because important matters need to be handled, but i cant do that right now.
Why would my service get suspended the day after i made my payment? Please fix this.

Thanks for posting this question about your suspended mobile service on the forums, I am sorry this happened even though you paid the bill. It may just need to be manually unbarred on our side, which I can try to do for you via a PM.

Thanks for chatting with me in our PM, I was able to unsuspend your services on my side manually.
It usually does this automatically 24 hours after making a payment but I am sorry that wasn't the case this time.
