Can’t link to o2 account

Hi, I have an O2 SIM that came with my volt package a couple of years ago which I can login to O2 to manage fine. I also had 3 virgin mobile SIM cards that have now been migrated to O2. I have tried repeatedly to link my Virgin Media and O2 accounts but I just can’t get past the step to log into O2. Help!

Have you tried signing into your My Virgin Media account and linking them there?

I can see an option to sign into O2 but not one to link the accounts. Where do I find that?

Apologies for the confusion colfennell, to discuss this you would need to speak to O2 directly for assistance with moving numbers between accounts. They can be contacted using any of the methods here 🙂
