Can't find my credit agreement number

I can't find my credit agreement number anywhere can you help ?  I cannot find the email.

Sorry to see you are unable to see your credit agreement. Just to confirm have you been able to log into your online account here to see this?

Also have you checked your junk/spam folder to see if it shows there?

thanks for the reply. I’ve checked my junk and inbox but it’s not there. 
I’ve logged into my account but there’s no agreement number anywhere. 

If you could please help me find it. I’ll be very thankful to you.
