My dd failed so I went to login to pay manually for my mobile. However I cannot login.
I get the wrong password/email combo error but I can confirm I am 100% using the right credentials.
I’ve tried changing password buts it’s also failing with the same error. I haven’t logged in for a year or so, so I’m unsure how long this has been the case.
After a search I see this has happened many times before anyone got the solution?
