Access freestyle contract to pay off early help

Very frustrating that I cannot access the freestyle contract details and speak to someone to send a new security key. I would like to pay off my contract early. 
Is anyone able to help please?

I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling to manage and pay towards your handset loan. Did your number(s) with us migrate over to O2 when that happened, or did you take them to a different provider?

yes, the number migrated to O2. However the handset contract I believe is still with Virgin.

Thanks for confirming. If you migrated to O2 then they'd assist you with your loan agreement. You can reach them by calling 0344 809 0202 (or 202 from an O2 handset).
