charged Mays after stopped to move home wont send me new quickstart to new home

im on whatsapp for 2 hours presently, waiting on home movers to reply as this is ans been one big mess for 6 days! cancelled as moving home, had no contract, paid up to May, only to see been billed after ive moved , now ive waited 6 days for quickstart kit told sent to new home, only to be told on whatsapp over 2 hrs ago, my old ones still active because i owe next months bill wont be sent so ive no broadband in new home wasted 6 days waiting sos please someone today thank you in advance
