Returning kit - never had TIVO Box

We are leaving virgin and returning the kit in prepaid packaging. However the letter says we should have VM Hub 3.0 (we do) and TIVO 1Tb box (we don’t).the letter says we will be charged £90 if we don’t return the mystery TiVo! please help?thanks!
