Hi,
Just bought a Virgin Media internet contract. Went through all the details: email, home address, memorable word, bank details, hub delivery date etc. It’s all gone through but I have only just noticed that I accidentally missed a letter in my email address. So I have no way of getting the confirmation email. How do I change the email address?
Since I only put in an email and a memorable word (at no point was I asked to create a password), I don’t think I have an account to login to. Clicking ‘forgot password’ just offers to email me a password reset, which would obviously be sent to the incorrect email.
How do I fix this?

In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
