We are leaving Virgin Media and would suggest everyone else does the same!

Virgin Media are without doubt the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with!  I have been trying to agree a new contract since February 2024 but this company absolutely refuse to honor the deal we have agreed.  I raised a complaint about this with the executive team on 9th March and it has still not been resolved.  As a result instead of my bill being the agreed £50.00, they have charged me around £175.00 which is due to to come off by Direct Debit on Monday!  I've spoke to them on whats app, sent them countless emails and even spoke to 3 different members of staff including a manager they are refusing to resolve my complaint and cancel the bill which is wrong!  As a result I won't be able to buy food for my child or pay my priority bills but this doesn't matter as long as Virgin Media get their pound of flesh.  If anyone is reading this, take my advice and leave now!

It's probably been 8 weeks so demand a deadlock letter and then escalate to the Ombudsman https://www.virginmedia.com/help/complaints

You can also demand that your bank reverses disputed DD payments under the DD Guarantee.

Thank you Cardiffman much appreciated!  You have been more help in 1 hour than Virgin Media have been in 2 months.  They are absolutely useless and their staff are completely incompetent!

Have you received any response at all to your complaint raised?

Have the team given any explanation as to why this deal hasn't or can't be applied?
