I missed the payment day last month by 5 days or so, that's when all the problems started.I received a bill for my B/B connection saying I didn't make any payment last month. On checking my bank statements it clearly shows the bill+a late payment fine. I have just received a bill for double my package price ie. two months plus the paid late payment fine again. I contacted the billing department and they said to just pay the normal package price for this month, which I have just done. After paying I receive a payment conformation saying "part payment".
This is turning into a complete fiasco. And they wonder why I don't want to use direct debit. Not when V/M can't do basic maths.

I've just had ANOTHER email saying I owe and additional £22.96 to settle my last bill and threatening me with disconnection !!!! It's in front of me in black and white1! I am completely up to date with all my payments!! What are you doing V/M?????????

We can see you have spoken to the team earlier today in regards to this, were they able to assist or advise of the next steps?
The bill will include any promotional discounts currently on the account, they're value and the date they're due to expire outlining the package cost after they end. These can be viewed here.
