Hi all
I upgraded my contract via my account online as my current one expires soon but nothing has changed and it still says my contract is expiring soon
can this be looked at please

I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues regarding a request to upgrade online. When did you request the upgrade? Did you receive any documentation via email confirming the change?

done it about 3 weeks ago and when it never happened I done it again yesterday. I had the confirmation of your order and pre contract documents emailed from web team virgin media email address

It can take around 10 - 14 working days to become active, if you get this to confirm it has gone through this means it has successful gone through.
Any issues after this time period please do reach back out.
