Unable to activate

Hi I changed package over last month to now include Netflix and at the time I got the activation email I had a lot of personal stuff going on at home and completely forgot to activate it. I have now tried to activate it and every time I go to click the link it says “oops something went wrong” this has been going on for a few weeks now and had no resolution from virgin online chat. We are paying for a service we aren’t receiving as well as currently paying our Netflix subscription until we can move it over to the one we get in the package and it’s just getting tiring trying to contact virgin all the time. Anyone else got this issue?
