Sky Sports not adding

Hi, I added Sky Sports as part of the black friday offer.  The channels have still to be activated nearly 2 weeks later.  I've tried to contact Virgin, but end up in the call loop of them sending links to the website "with all the help you need", except it doesn't help.  Any ideas how to resolve as I can't find a route to a person to help.
