Silly VMO2 offer !!

This morning, I noticed my Modem config has gone from 400Mbps to 500Mbps without me actually asking for it.

So I checked my account in ccase of un-requested package change, but it appears the same.

Wondering why VM would make this offer ???     Seems like a backdoor way to increase the price ?

However the "offer" in my account on the website does actually say this:
