Hi
I've recently had no TV for around 5 days so far.
With a message popping up saying suspended due to overdue payment...... however my account it's fully paid and up to date, nothing outstanding.
Been in touch with VM they say they can't find a problem and have sent for investigation? Can anyone help
Internet however works perfectly fine as normal, usual speeds
