Background. I spoke to sales on Friday September 27th as I am due for renewal early in October. The advisor told me I could keep everything I had now (including TNT sport) for an extra £4 a month, no problem sign me up, I got the contract and charges through that day as well.
lo and behold, got the “thanks for making those changes” email just now to find that it’s all changed to this? Anyone she light as to why it’s changed please or do I have to sit on the phone to sales again and re-negotiate again.

I'm sorry to see that the confirmation for the contract didn't show what had been agreed when you spoke with the team. I've checked our system and can see you've spoken with the team since posing this. Have they been able to fully assist with this issue now?

thank you for the follow up. I spoke to a very helpful person in retentions, who has put everything back to what was agreed on Friday. The TNT channels were still not showing when we finished the call (they are now) and she said she will call me back later to ensure everything is as it should be.
I know people knock VM but this person was a credit to the company, I shall be feeding that back as well
