Removing additional accounts email
Hi all,
I recieved an email part of which said that 'We’ve identified you as being an additional My Virgin Media account user. We’re letting you know that we’ll stop supporting your online account on 06/12/2024'.
I'm not aware of having any additional accounts on Virgin media so am now concerned that mt account is going to be cancelled leaving me with no broadband/phone/TV. Should I be concerned or is this just some admin tidying up?
I'd be grateful for any help you can provide.
