Hello, I'm also having issues with bills. My Virgin broadband contract ended on the 19th March 2024, I had Sky installed on the 9th April 2024, Virgin hassled me to a pay £51 for a bill from March to April, and this was paid on the 17th April. Since then, I am being chased for a £48.08 bill! I notified Virgin when I paid my £51 bill that I was no longer using Virgin internet. I haven’t used Virgin internet since the 9th April! Yet I’m being charged twice?!
Now I am being chased by Advantis to pay this bill, I can’t afford to keep paying for a service I have not used since April!!
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
