Problems with payment on an pre-order

I was here ordering a broadband service, and when it leads to payment, non of them works, it will lead me to direct debit. But the things id direct debit don’t even work, I’ve entered my name, bank account number and sort code, and it says that something is wrong with them. I am definitely sure that I entered it correct, got to be something to do with the company’s system. Don’t know what to do now, and I am really forwarding into using virgin media’s broadband service, but it just dont really letting me to

Sorry to hear about the issues setting up your direct debit details, we've not been made aware of any faults with this at all.

Can we ask what bank your with?

I have multiple bank cards, with monzo, lloyds and HSBC, but they are all not working.

In this case, we would advise calling our sales team on 0345 650 4545 who can look into this and best advise. They can also help with your order. Please let us know if you need any further help with this.
