Problems adding Premier Sports

A common problem it seems but one that needs sorting once and for all as it shouldn't be this difficult - there will be quite a few trying to add Premier sports this month for the European Cup rugby and trying to do it through your box just by clicking on the channel and adding it should be the way but you end up with an "Oops, technical glitch" every time and advice to go through your online account which just leads to a useless bot chat. It will let you add man utd tv oddly but not Premier sports. This forum is the next port of call as the lesser of two evils, the other being a 3 hour phone call.....

I'm having exactly the same problem. Unable to simply add/subscribe to premier sports through my virgin box. Just shows a "oops! Technical glitch" message and advises trying through my account which is also a dead end as it ends up with useless online chat.
