Last month I received a new bank card, and I went onto my virgin media app to update details and add the card. I was asked to make a payment on the bill before changing some details, which I paid that day (26th May).
However upon checking my bank, the direct debit has been taken today despite already paying the bill, and my virgin media account is in credit. How do I go about getting this refunded?
