Having experienced much distress over the past six months; and finding that every time I call for help, I’m assured that by paying yet another increase, or changing my contract yet again, not to mention passwords, all to find the same problem recurring. My Netflix has been hacked on a number of occasions, and pit to Premium, which I am billed for, when I’m on the standard package! The required 10 days to sort all this has happened several times with the promise that all is well, only for it to happen again. Do the recorded phone calls actually get listened to? I also have been promised an extra modem to help with broadband else where in the house! No, it’s not arrived! Added to all this I was charged £169.00 for my monthly bill instead of £92, with a promise of a reduction the following month.
l have been a faithful Virgin media customer for many years, and I am now at the end of my tether! How on earth do I acquire a refund for these frequent overpayments and mishaps?
