Not able to upgrade my package

Hi, 

Not sure if I'm on the right board.

I went yesterday on to the my virgin media page and a pop up comes up to upgrade my broadband package.

At the moment I'm on 350 but want to change to 1 gig. Now if I select upgrade to 500 it lets me continue and shows the details of it, but if I select 1 gig, it gets stuck on the loading page, details won't be shown either.

Anyone else has the same issue?

Hi Dan,

have you tried using a different browser, or an incognito(private) window or tab?
