No welcome email?

Hi,

We signed up to switch to Virgin Media yesterday, but I have a customer service question about the installation and haven't received a welcome email with an account number. Is there a timeframe for when this might arrive?

Hi lindaenn,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome both here and to Virgin Media, it can take up to 72 hours to receive an Email, have you checked all folders including junk, try a search for Virgin Media and select all folders.

If still cannot find I will be more than happy to have a look our side to make sure everything is ok, please look out for the white envelope to join me in a private chat.
