No reply to complaint letter.

Sent a letter to Sunderland on the 17th Dec explaining our issue and have had no response.

How long should I have to wait for a reply?

    It's VM, so could be a month. You should be able to raise complaints online, but that sometimes is broken....

    One thing I soon learned about Virginmedia is that they don't like being bothered by customers. We are just a nuisance and they would prefer us to just keep quiet.  

  • Expect to never get a response, especially if you didn't send it recorded delivery.

      Yep excellent point. Always use recorded delivery 😃
