No Welcome email

I joined Virgin broadband on 28th of April and still have not received a welcome email.

I was also charged 79.99 on my first direct debit instead of the 39.99 which was advertised. 

I have called 4 times to get someone to send me a welcome email but got nothing sent to me.

Can someone send me my welome email?

I will deal with the direct debit through the official channels.

I'm so sorry to hear you haven't received a welcome email and also have a dispute with your first bill. Have you checked your spam/junk folder to see if the welcome email has landed there by mistake?

Regarding the bill, have you checked this over to see what the additional disputed charges are for?
