New install- how soon can you upgrade the package?

Hi folks,

I think i posted this question in the wrong sub forum! anyway, ill cut and paste it...

I had a new install on Saturday and all went smoothly. I was told it was a 500mb connection by the rep who called at the door when i signed up for VM, but now having checked my contract its 350.

How soon can you upgrade the line? I assume its after the 14 day cool off period?
