New contract wrong price

I have recently signed up for a new package via live chat. where I was informed my new package would be £62 a month so I went ahead and said yes on the understanding that my contract was £62 per month for an 18 month period. But this was not the case upon reading my per contract documents my price rises to £93 per month I was not made aware of this during my live chat. I have made a complaint under Section 50 of the  Consumer Rights Act 2015. Was that the correct thing to do ?
