New VM customer tried to add TV shocking customer service

VM was installed in my area recently so I ordered the Volt 1G Fibre at £33 a month. This went live yesterday 6th September, I have tried for four days to contact VM to either add TV or swap the package to the Mega TV Sky sports and Cinema deal but unfortunately its like talking to a brick. I was quoted £170 extra from the online chat and then £130 as a one off deal, speaking to them over the phone is no better. 

I can't add them online as when I go to change package it says to contact VM via chat

The agents on the chat don't seem to know what they doing and they all tell me something different, so having spent another 5 hours today dealing with this I have cancelled after only having VM Fibre for a day. I am within the cooling off period but why am I being charged around £55 ? 

I was also told I would get a cancellation email but this has not been received yet. (screenshots taken of the chat conversation as I feel I will need it)

I also never got the promised bill credits either £35 for taking an interest in VM while the network was being installed and £50 for making an enquiry via the chat before I ordered. 

Does anyone know how to contact VM avoiding the overseas call centre ?
