Hi there - I renewed my contract this month and was told I would have exactly the same contract for a different price, except after putting on Netflix just now, it has updated to Netflix with Ads? I don't want ads and there seems no obvious way to upgrade to my previous No Ad version. This seems a breach of contract, I raised this as a complaint and it was ignored in the reply. Seems Virgin media know about this dishonesty but are failing to recognise it to their loyal customers.
anyone else had this issue??
Could you please let me know how to get this changed back ASAP?

We're sorry to hear your Netflix package has changed. Netflix have recently updated their tiers and any new contracts now have Standard with Ads. This is something we can certainly look at closer but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
